Abstract: This correlational and explanatory study has been conducted in order to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on team effectiveness, job satisfaction and job performance. In our research model, emotional intelligence is a predicting or independent variable and team effectiveness, job satisfaction and job performance are dependent or response variables. We did convenience sampling and applied parametric tests on the primary data that we collected in order to assess the significance level and impact of predicting variable on response variables and these results indicated that there is a highly significance level and positive correlation of emotional intelligence with team effectiveness, job satisfaction and job performance.
